Participants are advised to\u00a0make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance\u00a0during the Conference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Conference Secretariat, Organizing Committees and Organizing Institutions are not\u00a0able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or\u00a0property during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to register<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registering for the Conference is easy. Click the \u00ab<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/poseidon.cfp.upv.es\/portal-formacion\/alumno\/gestion_matricula.jsp?cid=90475&amp;idioma=en&amp;hash=964a9819c71e93439e4e994f8813ca13c117cf47cb14884a9e4a9e4a9e499f4c34&amp;\"><strong>Online Registration Here<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00bb link and you will be taken to the Lifelong Learning Center platform of the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia (CFP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>If this is your first time in the platform<\/strong>, you will be asked to create your CFP account (just click \u00ab<strong>Create you CFP account<\/strong>\u00ab). The UPV is a state higher-education institution and will not use your data for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you have a CFP account you can access the registration platform by using the \u00ab<strong>Access CFP user and password<\/strong>\u00bb option. After entering your username and password, you will be taken to the ICDA-4 registration screens, which are self-explaining: you will be asked for your data, food needs, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you have made all your choices, you can pay with a <strong>credit card<\/strong> or through a <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>. You will get <strong>email feedback<\/strong>. The platform also offers the option to request an <strong>invoice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Should any problem arise during the registration process, please send an email to <strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"mailto:congresos@cfp.upv.es\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">congresos@cfp.upv.es<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participant may cancel his or her registration at any time until 13 October 2023. If the registration is canceled before 16 September 2023, the participant will be refunded the total price of the registration. If the participant cancels the registration after September 16 2023, the registration will not be refunded.
