Invited lecture: 20 minutes + 5 min for questions
Contributed paper accepted for oral presentation: 15 minutes + 5 min for questions
Presenters will have on disposal a digital projector and a PC running Microsoft Powerpoint. In preparation for the conference, we kindly request that you send us your presentation materials in either PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF) before the event.
Deadline for oral presentation materials submission: October 10th, 2023
Poster
Poster size should not exceed A0 (90 cm in width and 120 cm in height). Authors will have the opportunity to discuss their posters during the respective poster sessions. Posters should be displayed just before beginning of the poster session and should be removed immediately at the end of the respective poster session.
Poster Session 1: starts Monday 16 at 9:30 AM, and ends Tuesday 17 at 6 PM.
Poster Session 2: starts Wednesday 18 at 9:30 AM, and ends Friday 20 at 14 PM.
